We
offer 100% satisfaction guarantee to our customers. If WITHIN
24 hours OF PURCHASE or DELIVERY you are not satisfied with
our inkjet or laser products just return them to us and we will
refund your money. Return shipping costs will be the
responsibility of the customer.
Genuine Products
It
is important to establish trust in International Business, for
which only word of mouth is not sufficient enough at times. To
confirm our probable clients we always request them to first
order for paid samples or small shipments in order to see what
we offer and deliver, and establish their confidence in us. We
also offer our clients facilities for SGS inspection and report
of the products prior to shipment to their destination.
Complimentary Shipment
For
all order's exceeding a certain value of goods; we offer
complimentary shipment by means of insured sea cargo to probable
location of the buyer. The destination country would need to
have a sea-port facility for the same. Please check with us for
more details.
Warranty & Returning Merchandise
For defective items,
you may return them for replacement WITHIN 7 DAYS of DELIVERY.
Shipping charges from our location to yours for replacements are
FREE.
We reserve the right to replace a defective product or issue a
refund for that product at our sole discretion.
Returns
All items must get an RMA number from us before you send the merchandise back. The RMA# must be clearly
written on the outside of the returned package, only returns
with valid RMA will be accepted! This RMA# will be used to track
your replacement product or refund, whichever is requested.
Please allow up to 7 business days to process your return from
the time it reaches our Returns Department. All credit requests
will be completed within 14 business days. Unless specifically
requested and authorized by us, refunds will be issued in the
same manner as payment was received.
Return Policies and Reasons for return.
If
items are ordered which received free shipping and these items
are returned to us for no reason of ours, we will deduct the
original shipping costs to get the order to you plus any
applicable restocking charges, normally 15%.
Products found to be damaged or altered in any way from their
original condition will not be replaced nor will a refund be
made for them. If a product is unused but the packaging is
opened, marked on or damaged in any way, we will not be able to
have it returned.
We
are not responsible for any product that has been retained by
the customer more than 15 days past the date of initial
purchase.
INDEMNITY
By
using our web sites you agree to indemnify our Company harmless
from any and all claims and expenses, including (without
limitation) attorney's fees, arising from your use of the our
web sites, your use of our Products and our Services
MODIFICATIONS TO SERVICE
We
may modify, suspend or discontinue any Product, Service or
Promotion at our sole discretion without prior notice. We
reserve the right to reject any order you place with us, and/or
to limit quantities on any order, without giving any reason. If
we reject your order, we will generally attempt to notify you
using the email address you gave us when you placed the order.
We reserve the right not to serve any customer at our
discretion.
